The lobster bisque was 5/5, the skirt steak was delicious but the sides were very bland.My biggest gripe was them not having a bathroom with a baby changing table. It’s 2024, families go out to dinner and having a changing table or a family bathroom should be a no brainer. That was a disappointment and an inconvenience.”

Not on a par with New York Ace in Huntington for messy greasy Greek with over the top salad - Here iata more neat and freshly prepared. My best friend always picks this place and it's closer to his home. Never disappointed. Quick and efficient even on a weekend night.”
“Dortoni is definitely the best bakery on LI. My family has been using them for many years and for many reasons. Their cakes, pastries , breads and cookies are absolutely delicious and consistently fresh and absolutely GORGEOUS.They are the only bakery I would even consider using for any special occasion cake.Angela- in the East Norwich location is the best. She’s extremely professional and helpful. She’s patient and very talented. She knew exactly what I wanted for my daughter’s engagement party. One of the most important cakes of my daughter’s life. I’m extremely detailed oriented and she was point on, with all my requests. Not only with design, decoration, but also with recommending different options. She showed me pictures of cakes, monograms and spent time looking at my cake stand for presentation and offering her professional opinion. All of which I appreciated. I knew when I left the bakery- that I left it to the professionals to make it perfect. Thank you Angela and thank you Dortoni for being so great!!”
“La Pizzetta is tastefully decorated & kept immaculate! Efrain did an exceptional job at seating us at a most comfortable booth, was patient, knowledgeable & clearly explained dishes. Special requests were pleasantly accommodated. Water glasses were immediately filled without having to request. Outstanding garlic knots & Pizzette Margherita Pizza. Incredible specials! Stuffed baby eggplant & Brussel sprouts oreganata were mouth watering appetizers. Split pea soup was my daughter’s favorite & my husband liked the minestrone soup . Boneless chicken fantasia with asparagus, broccoli and portobello shatake mushrooms was phenomenal and enough for my husband & I to split. My husband’s cappuccino was fantastic! The orange creamsicle, lemon sorbet & Oreo ice cream cake that my daughters & I had for dessert were out of this world! Everything was beautifully prepared, generously portioned, cooked to perfection and served quickly. A container for leftovers & receipt were immediately brought to our table. Dining in at La Pizzetta has always been a truly special treat & most memorable family tradition for decades and brings my family & I so much happiness that we will forever cherish. Can’t wait to return soon and try other enticing meals. “Food is excellent every time however the portion sizes are ridiculous. If you’re charging $17 for a bowl I expect more than half a spoon of rice. The workers behind the counter are almost always oblivious and are not usually friendly. It’s a shame since the food is so good and this can easily be a 5 star spot.”

“I wanted to know if this would live up to it's high rating so decided to give it a try. I went on a Wednesday at 11:30am. There is parking across the street, behind the building. It's municipal 1 hour free parking. There is metered 2 hour parking in the front. While we were there, we were the only dine in customers. They were doing a lot of take out. We had the dumplings and the ramen. There was a lot of ramen. The pork was tender and juicy. The egg was creamy and not at all salty. The broth was the star. It was flavorful but not salty. It had depth. I could do with less oil but that's a tiny complaint. It lived up to the hype.Parking: Free one hour parking across the street. Metered two hour parking in the street.Wheelchair accessibility: Tight but doable.”

Leading up to our event, Andrea was very helpful and responsive, and the rest of the staff was just as incredible day-of. They were attentive to us and our guests (adults and children alike), regularly checking in to make sure everything was going well and everyone had what they needed. The restaurant is beautiful and the food was fantastic. It was the perfect place for our event, and we'll absolutely be back next time we're in the area!”

I had the lobster and shrimp stuffed penne in vodka sauce - hearty, tender, perfectly cooked seafood without that rubbery feeling in a fantastically creamy sauce. I sliced my stuffed penne into diagonal strips and every bite was amazing. Others had the crab leg and steak special; crab wasn't as good as my shrimp and lobster being a little over-boiled perhaps but the skirt steak had great flavor and chew. Most entrées hovered around $30. Would absolutely return.Note they have valet parking due to its popularity and limited parking space - so bring some small bills.”

“I love the interior of this shop. It is so exciting and stylish. I love the private stalls as well. The ramen was surprisingly good. We went there just to grab something between a soccer game and a violin lesson with my son. I did not expect much thinking this is another Chinese ramen place, but ramen here was surprisingly above my expectation. It is not special, but it tastes like a regular ramen in Japan. My son had the combination ramen (you can enjoy two different tastes), a bun, and a tea. He was satisfied as well. I will go back if I have a chance.”
