This is the best sushi in long island / queens and I have yet to find one that beats it ! My colleague recommended this place and has ruined sushi for me because I've become so picky when trying other places . The sushi here is so fresh and the quality is outstanding ! Torigo has excellent quality sushi. It is always consistent. Everything is delicious. Their only problem is that they accept way more orders then they can handle. They tell you your food will be ready in 30 minutes, you better be ready to wait over an hour. It is the same if you are waiting for a table. The restaurant is nice but cramped. Very nicely decorated, great ambiance, great selection of music, service was second to none, and the food was excellent. Ordered shrimp shumai, steamed vegetables with dipping sauce, unagi don, sushi combo 2, and green tea/tempura ice cream.Good portions, reasonable pricing, fresh, and incredibly satisfying, will definitely be back again!
