Have been ordering on and off from Blue Sky over the years, as their quality has varied and there are other Chinese takeout in the area. Over the last year or so their spare ribs have been excellent-meaty with delicious sauce. First time order from this take out restaurant, lunch special - beef broccoli with white rice, very delicious, not oily nor salty, with good quality of rice. Not like some Chinese restaurants are cooking cheap quality of rice.
