This place has absolutely amazing food. The guacamole is outstanding and the carnitas is to die for. Only reason I'm leaving off one star is for the wait time. If you're quotes 20 minutes, you'll definitely be waiting 35. Other than that it's my favorite place to get take out around the area.
This place far exceeds the quality and taste of the chain restaurant bushwick taco place - which unfortunately opened next door.Casa Coriz, is fresh home made and full of flavor, and has a LOT of options on the menu! Maybe they could benefit from pairing down the options, just to make ordering easier. This a great local Mexican spot. Looks to be family run. The Tortas and cemitas are bangin and priced fairly. The tacos aren't bad either. Their decor is welcoming and bright and colorful.
