If you ask for ice in a drink that does not normally come with ice, this place actually has the audacity to charge you a dollar. Completely against the franchise rules, in violation of New York State laws on advertising prices transparently and absolutely outrageous. Avoid this place at all costs and file a GBL 349 lawsuit if you have the free time to do so. What a scam!

this is by far the best donut ive ever had in my life. the dough was super light and it had a very generous amount of filling and chocolate on top of it. from now on this is the only place ill be getting my donuts from. hope they keep it this way always

Staff isn't helpful at all during night time. Sometimes the Baskin Robbin machine works, sometimes she just asks me to join Dunkin donuts line. Today she skipped me all together, she took my order, I paid and then she told me stand and wait for her on the other side while she takes other orders of coffee.
