“Good service. This Dunkin' has an order kiosk, so you can skip the line (or personal interaction), and you can still scan your QR code from your phone. Also, this location has seating, so you can sit and dine in, not just takeout or delivery.“
“The service was very slow. One employee taking care of a customer that was very slow to decide what type of coffee... This wasn't the customers problem. Meanwhile the line is getting very long and they're only keeping one register open.Definitely don't go to this place if you see the line is longer than two people because for some reason they don't know how to operate two registers at the same time“
“I love my DD coffee. Asif is very nice and efficient. There was a female worker who left and it was very difficult to get my coffe correct, however there is one new lady there now who is very good.But today is free coffee day. I bought a coffee and ask for another coffee free and a woman told me I couldnt get it. I was using my app and paying cash. Disappointed. Lots of other customers were complaining about the same issue. Frachisee should train their workers correctly.“

“I'm very particular what day/time of day I go, some employees make drinkd perfect, the ratios of flavor to coffee. Or the ratio of matcha to milk; some days/times it tastes like someone's first day without training, the matcha bombs in the milk is wild. I feel like it's not just this location. It's many dunkins.“

“Pretty good service today when I ate here today by myself for lunch on a rainy afternoon before going to work. I purchased and got both the new tomato pesto guacamole melted cheese with a small drink of iced tea with sugar and no lemons (sadly they had ran out...oh well!). Anyways, both of them were great to eat and drink it all up! The line was quite slow and it seems like there's not enough staff to work and keep the line moving faster but it's definitely worth it at least to line up and get my order of what I really wanted. Finally, I would definitely come back here again next time for a quick meal or anything else!“
Coffee Shops • $
“Staff is pretty pleasant but seating is a problem. Very few seats available here, and most of them are taken by people that are less customers and more akin to permanent residents. This tends to be a big turn off for many customers. This Dunkin donuts also has no bathroom. Keep that in mind before you have 2 cups of coffee. In summer (or any decent weather) there are benches outside, again with seeming permanent residents occupying them. If you are just a grab and go customer, you'll do fine.“
“It's the best Dunkin' in the neighborhood, every time you come here no matter who takes my order I'm always greeted with a smile and good attitude. The coffee is good too lol. I was hesitant to get this drink because some drinks could be on the really sweet side but it was a well balanced blend of flavors. Hash browns were good, egg and cheese was a little darker than normal but it didn't taste bad. (Busy time around 7:30)“

“Man it was awesome ?.Just went for some comfort breakfast b4 the first 2 midterms of the year and I did not regret it! I got a vanilla donut with sprinkles and a hot chocolate, my friend got a ice coffee with a caramel, extra milk, and whipped cream. Tastes awesome.“
“Fun fact: Dunkin' Donuts and pastries are placed on the security belt at this airport just like luggage! Got to airport at 4am for an early flight and had to wait for all the Dunkin pastries to go through the security check. After smelling them for a half hour, I could no longer resist the temptation. Pumpkin muffin was fantastic. They didn't hike up the prices like some airport food, so I was happy. No regrets today.“
“Great spot to quickly grab a few donuts and coffee. The staff are very friendly and never gotten our orders wrong. Be warned that there are no dine in seating as they have gotten rid of all the seats inside due to the pandemic. They only offer take out at this time.“
