Cheap and delicious! They don't have dine in and they only take cash. Food is also ready within minutes. Definitely come and try their spicy wontons if you're in the area!

This location is takeout only. I ordered the wontons with chili oil. Service was slow and the wontons and chili oil were mediocre. Store bought wontons with fried chili oil would honestly be cheaper and tastier than White Bear.
