This is looks like your typical neighborhood Chinese food place from the outside but it's so much more than that. It looks nice inside and has a good amount of seating. The service was very good, they were very knowledgeable about items in each dish. We ordered the tofu pudding as an appetizer, very unique flavor!! Very savory and delicious! Also ordered the vegetable noodle mushroom soup, along with the scallion noodle. Food was very good at a great value.
FLAVORFUL, HOT, FAST, AUTHENTICThe pepper fish soup is excellent!! Amazing flavors, spicy, served HOT. Very large portion for the price. Enough to feed 2, maybe even 3 people. I had so much leftover to take home. Very generous amounts of white fish, eenoki mushroom, and sprouts in a clear peppercorn broth that was perfectly done. We had a wonderful lunch here. We got the pork soup dumpling, dumpling in chili sauce, scallion pancake, and taro puffs for dessert. All of it was delicious! The dumplings were very flavorful. The scallion pancake was a perfect combination of crispy and crunchy. And the taro buns were a great flakey texture. Highly recommend.
