I came with my family today for lunch for my dad's bday the food was good and the service was good but they charged a service charge for using credit card so we gave less of a tip and when the sever named Edwardo looked at his tip he gave us a hard time saying we need to give at least 20.00 tip which is very rude and unprofessional. He had no right to hound us in his tip never had we had this experience before.
Bucket of steamers was very good. Janet, the bartender, was very friendly. We weren't just there to give her a tip. Atmosphere was very nice, outdoors, on the waters edge. Inside, the bar area is cramped and two of the largest booths are full of stuff, like someone was doing planning and got called away. If you read my reviews, bathrooms are everything. Nautical mile institution now offering Sushi. No sign of lobster at a once go to place, Young service people seemed to be struggling to remember where you are sitting.. haha.. Food was fresh but nothing like the Otto's of old. This is more like prepared frozen fried food, young service and short of lobster..
