Restaurantji's Garden City guide: Where to find the ultimate Mexican flavors.
“We were a bit skeptical at first since it appeared to be more of a commercial side and we usually prefer authentic Mexican cuisine. However, we were pleasantly surprised to find that the food was not only delicious, but also authentic and well-portioned, all at a reasonable price.“
“"Attending the real estate mixer at MESITA Restaurant in Garden City, hosted by Contour Mortgage, was an absolute delight. The venue not only provided the perfect backdrop for networking and engaging conversations but also impressed with its selection of great finger food and good drinks, catering to all tastes.A special shout-out to Charlie and Briget for making the evening truly memorable. The combination of MESITA's vibrant atmosphere, exceptional service, and culinary delights, along with the warm hospitality, made for an unforgettable experience.Highly recommend for those looking to enjoy a lively setting with delicious food and beverages!"“
“I like the Guac Shop! The food is good! It's simple traditional and authentic. Set up is clean fast for take out only. it's not really a sit in and eat type place which I'm okay with. My only real problem is I wish it (the Guac Shop ) was a little cheaper and there was one closer to where I live. Again the service is really great and like I said the food is good and authenticParking: Friday night's parking can be difficult everybody and their mother is going to the free parking lot“
“Love Moe's. Everything is delicious. It's rare also to have Mr. Pibb's available as a fountain drink. There unsweetened and sweet tea is delicious. The queso is definitely liquid gold. Be careful with whoever is the delivery service- Grubhub or Uber eats. The orders are almost screwed up.“
“The food at Taco Bell in Roosevelt Field is delicious. It’s not expensive and one of the best deals in the food court. The manager EDER is extremely professional and courteous. It was an excellent experience for fast food. The service was great.“
“This is the best Indian food in New York! The service is amazing- the manager, Fraddy, and the owner, Mr. Sikka, personally remember guests and their favorite orders every time they come. It feels like family. Everything on the menu is excellent.“
“We three ate here today. Tony, visiting from Ireland, and I each had the 1/2 rack of ribs which we both agreed was excellant, fall off the bone good. I had as my 2 sides collard greens and corn. Both sides were very good, seemed to have a slight pickled flavor and went down easily. She had the pulled pork sandwich, which she found excellent to include the thin bread, and she had to have the bread pudding for dessert, which was topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, so we had to help her finish it as it was too big for one person! Definitely the best rib place for both ribs and sides, we look forward to returning. The interior may seem a bit small but in the good sunny sumertime they have outdoor seating for well over a hundred diners. There's plenty of free parking, it's all located in the area behind Fairchild's Funeral parlor. The service is friendly and timely. Do yourself a favor, if you like ribs, you'll like the SmokHaus.Parking: Huge free parking lot behind behind the restaurant“
