Shout out to Elmo's Restaurant and Bar on Millersport Highway in Getzville, NY! Best wings ever! Duff's, go back to Wing School. Anchor Bar, find out where Elmo's buys their wings. No blubber, no gristle. The crispy wings are not the only hit at Elmo's! We ordered a beef on weck, it was remarkably good. Schwabl's, take notice. Throw in a batch of fries (crinkle-cut, delicious) add a couple of Molsons and you have a magic meal.
I have been around to nearly every major wing restaurant in Buffalo and let me tell you what. Their wings are by far my favorite. The double dip wings are fantastic. Hot cajun was a great combo as was bbq honey mustard. They were cooked perfectly and were fantastic even as takeout. I won't get wings from anywhere else from now on. Only thing I can see is that they aren't open on Sunday's which are Bills gamedays which is when I order the most wings.

It's a sports bar with a limited menu and televisions. The Chilli was good as were the drinks. The wings looked good and seemed popular. Behind the bar was visible and clean. I'd go back and try the wings.
