“Amazing! Simply amazing.Where do I start.Food is reasonably priced.3 eggs, toast, sausage, bacon, home fries, coffee..... just 11 bucks. They also have smaller meals for 5-8 bucks. In today's world, that's cheaper than the cheapest breakfast and much much better.The home fries: crisp, with a slight crunch, warm but not piping hot, perfect. I usually use ketchup, I didn't because it would've ruined them. They tasted so good.Eggs: Perfect. I asked for over medium. Which is kinda specific. Not only did she cook them right, but she nailed them so perfectly that it reminded me of my mother and grandmother's cooking. Perfectly done eggs at the perfect temperature.Bacon : Again nailed it, crisp but not hard. I don't know how she does it!Sausage: slightly salty, but this was perfect because as I stacked it with the unsalted home fries, it was incredible.Coffee : Fresh, my God, was it fresh. Slightly sweetened, almost like the sugar was a support to the coffee, but it didn't overtake the coffee. The coffee was the main event. Again, perfect temperature.All through the whole ordeal, she was attentive, polite, and just pleasant to be around. There's no substitute for someone who really cares when they run a business”

“The food was delicious, although $4 for one halved devilled egg is a bit much, 2 halves per order. Short rib hash was incredible and full of flavor. Classic breakfast was also very good. Coffee was not the best and refills were not plentiful, we had to ask each time and only received two cups each (over an hour) for both tea and coffee. Would definitely go back to try something else. Layout was nice and music wasn't too loud upstairs, although downstairs was louder.”

“I have been going to J & T's Cafe for many years. The food and service is always consistently good. What really takes it over the top are the freshly homade soups, which there is 6 or more varieties. Everything is prepared fresh everyday, and the best home cooked food around. The clientele that frequent this establishment are also very pleasant, which also is an indication of their satisfaction with this establishment. For those few disgruntled customers, take your frustration out on your wives or significant other. John and the crew at J & T's are aces.”

“Such a cute bookstore and Cafe. The selection of books was very unique as they had many special edition copies. The children's section was also quite nice and I got a particularly good book for a friend for her upcoming baby shower. They also had a good number of games for sale, many of which I had never even seen before. Excellent place to stop by if you are into books or libraries.”

“Food is great here. Service is also good and the owner is very nice. Our go to spot in the capital region. My only complaint was the included $27 service charge (not a tip charge). Happy to pay it but restaurants in New York have to disclose additional fees either verbally or in an obvious location on the menu (I studied Consumer Protection law). I didn’t make a fuss about it but it does need to be disclosed or you risk customers not returning or even lawsuits.”

“I was CRAVING chicken Kashmiri bad tonight but my husband is not a big fan of the spice in traditional Indian food. As a compromise, we settled on Galleria 7 in Latham, a multi-ethnic food market with excellent vendors, including @Shalimar express.I called around 5 to ask if Shalimar express makes chicken Kashmiri. The nice man answered, told me no and respectfully hung up the call. Within five minutes, the owner, Leo, called me back to tell me that although they do not have chicken Kashmiri as a menu item, they were able to make a modified version and call is chili chicken. We arrived around 615 and Leo greeted us with a smile and a “it was you!!!” He proceeded to explain how he would custom make a dish for me and would make it suitable for my dietary needs. He really didn’t not have to but this man went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience.We received the food within 15 minutes and it was DELICIOUS. The chicken was soft and tender, the garlic naan was flavorful and the veggies were absolute perfection. My husband had the Curry chicken and loved every bite. Leo even came and spoke to us about his history, his family and his love for serving his friends.We never post on this page but Leo made this experience such a memorable one. He went far beyond great customer service and truly the food was Amazing. If you are ever in all Latham, give them a try.”

“My daughter and I had an outstanding dinner last night. We had the soup of the day and artichoke appetizer. We also had the ricotta gnocchi and pasta with clam sauce. Everything was delicious, fresh and served hot. Our server was excellent. She was was attentive and well versed in the menu options. We enjoyed talking with her as she had a wonderful, warm personality. We will absolutely go back. I would highly recommend MezzaNotte.”

“Always very friendly service.The grilled salmon with ginger is one of my favorites as well as roast duck. .They serve a large, nicely done piece of salmon with plenty of bok choy, broccoli, rice noodles or rice, along with pickled Daikon and carrots......enough for 2 large portion meals! My very favorite is grilled tofu with peanut sauce but unfortunately it's only served at Albany location.”

“We pass through the area regularly enough to have been here many times. The staff are all friendly, even though they don't know our names as they do for most of those who eat there! The breakfast items we've ordered are always properly prepared, and the coffee hot, but the one time we ate off the lunch menu we weren't thrilled and decided that in the future we'd stick with breakfast, which they serve morning and afternoon (we've never made it there the one evening a week they're open for dinner). They always have breakfast specials which are very reasonably priced and the atmosphere is a welcome step back in time so we look forward to returning.”

Also, the aesthetic of that shop is very trendy and modern. When we went the place was hoppin'. Very friendly staff. They have a large variety of home made pastries and other snacks.Additional Tip: they have limited parking right next to the shop (3 parallel parking spot with a 15 minute line) but then tons of parking in the back! “On the very first night of Ramadan. I went into Mazadar just as the fast was breaking. The manager was flooded with orders. The place could be classified as casual with its numerous tables and families inside. I ordered the Chicken Kofta and it was simply divine. You couldn't tell me I wasn't dining in the finest Afghani establishment outside of the actual country. If I am ever in Colonie again, I will return.”
