JJ subs are the best! This store is always clean and consistent.. I come here weekly, never a problem. Not sure why the negative reviews.Love this place!
The place was very clean. I have a few complaints on the staff. While I was there it only seemed like there was 2 people actually doing work. The others were just sitting on there phones texting and talking. That just seems pretty unprofessional. One of the employees even was twerking while on the sandwich line. I’m not sure what you actually call the area where you make the subs. Overall the service was good and the food was amazing.
Lived up to the tagline 'freaky fast' walked in right behind 3 others,2 of which ordered multiple subs, and was still in and out in 5 minutes.Subs are a step above other chains in quality..
Fresh ingredients, just wish there was a different choice of rolls.
The place was super clean and the food was good as always. Great customer service as well.
Update your hours. Door is open, lights are on, someone is out the counter, and they claim they are closed at 8, when online says 8:30.
I've heard of Jimmy John's but had never tried them. So, when I walked in, I had that sub-shop trepidation....what is the ordering process? What do they have? What are my choices? The one not thing I did know is that I wanted to try their "Unwich." The Unwich is, essentially, a wrap sandwich wrapped in lettuce. So, it's keto and low-carb option. You can get any of their subs as an Unwich. I had the Bootlegger Club (roast beef, turkey, lettuce, tomato, Mayo). It was absolutely delicious! As I say, I knew nothing going in. The staff were super friendly, helpful, cheery, and made it easy forme to figure things out. The food looked real and fresh. They have quite a bit to choose from. I will definitely try something different when I go back.
The bread is soooo good. Everyone is always friendly
First time ever trying Jimmy John’s.I was clueless staring at the menu 20 feet above me. The kid at the register was equally clueless. I asked for thousand island dressing on my roast beef sub. He said “ we don’t have that , we have oil and vinegar “ I asked for American cheese “ uhhhh we only have provolone.”So after ordering 2 subs and paying almost $30 we sat down to eat.I noticed halfway through the mediocre sub that JJ’s advertised themselves as “ gourmet”???These subs were no where near gourmet. Not recommending JJ’s . There are much better sub options around town.
Best subs in town and the staff was right on point with covid guidlines
Taste was good but it could have used more meat considering the cost of the sub.
I’ve got to tell you , this was probably the worst sub shop been too . The bread was hard and stale to start . And they literally only put one measly slice of turkey on my sub . The audacity of this place is insane . For the same price you can go jersey mikes and get 4x the amount of meat for the same price . Had high hopes going in , but crushed as soon as I saw them make the sandwich
Would give a 0 if possible. Only one thin slice of turkey in my turkey sandwich, bread was bland, & the cookie that I purchased was beyond stale. Astonished that they’re even still in business.
