I come here often enough when visiting friends in the area. The service is a little slow but they are short on people. The staff are always pleasant despite the working conditions. Management should incentivize to recruit workers.
The only place they have to order is through this ridiculous touch screen. It takes 5 minutes to punch in your order and the employee standing by the machine just can't be bothered. But then, you still have to go to the register to pay! Why not just take our order? They don't confirm your order. Fingers crossed you got it right. Unhelpful staff unfortunately. You can check my other reviews. I'm not a complainer. This was just not good.

Was in here when everything seemed wrong...customers were all quite friendly and patient, though. BK had new touch screen system that didn't seem to be working and the pop dispenser was not working...think I waited twenty minutes or more...but the staff was earnestly trying to right that ship that day....
