To celebrate The New Lunar Year, we decided to try Potasia. We are so glad that we did. Many options and selections from the broths to the soup ingredients. The cucumbers and mushrooms at the buffet bar were delicious. Since it was our first time we tried the meat and vegetable combo. I would recommend a side of rice or a full order of noodles. Been a bit since we went out to eat and be people because of the cold. We decided to come here to Potasia and get some nice and cozy hot pot! This was my first ever hot pot and I really enjoyed it. We each chose our own soup, I went with the pork leg soup, my friend got the mushroom one. We ordered all our meats and veggies and let me tell you, we ordered a lottt. Really good hot pot in a cozy environment! Mild spicy is a good spice. If you don't like spicy food, definitely don't do a spicy dish as it's not actually "mild".
