I'm a longtime fan of Sbarro. However if they are to survive these hard times, they will need to think out of the box. The quality of the pizza is better than the frozen stuff but not quite to the level that we're used to on Long Island - I remember Sbarro's pizza in its heyday and their pizza used to be on par with the best of them. I saw a nice Mexican lady who speaks spanglish, and it was smart. I am Salvadorian and I know a lot of pizza places that hires smart Central American immigrants. I hope I'll pick macaroni and cheese for me and a pepperoni slice for my brother next time. I would go back to buy me some cookies.

If you're looking for a NY slice of pizza, don't get Sbarro's at this food court. I don't know, but Sbarro's just doesn't capture NY pizza. But if you're in the mood for pizza, and the price isn't too much of a killer for you, it's a decent slice! The staff was also pleasant so that makes the experience even better. But again, if you're experiencing NY, maybe not Sbarro's
