“We have been to Chutney Masala several times and really enjoyed each visit. It really is a local gem. The food is always beautifully prepared, flavorful, fresh, and delicious. The service is great, too. They genuinely want you to have a great meal. The menu has a wide variety of snack items (like pani puri), vegetarian as well as carnivore friendly items. It's a great place to come for a date night. I can't wait to try everything on their menu. Highly recommend.”

“Found on a google search. Nice to have some good barbecue in the burbs. I stopped in for a late lunch. Too hungry to make decisions so I asked the owner/host/chef/cashier for suggestions. He was very friendly and fun to talk with. The pork belly was incredible, as he suggested. Ribs and pulled pork was good. Mac and cheese was a bit bland. I should have asked for extra sauces.”

“Black Cat Cafe was awesome! Came in just as they were opening on a Sunday morning with my 2 year old. Service was great, and the person working was very accommodating of the young kid. Highly recommend getting breakfast here and then checking out the framers market just up the hill. Parent pro-tip, the Ivington location for the farmers market is right next to a playground.Kid-friendliness: I'm definitely calling this one kid friendly. They even had some toys on hand. Also, other patrons were not put off by the presence of a young kid.”

The kitchen was open late and I ordered the chicken tenders with french fries and let me tell you they were absolutely scrumptious!The beer on tap was also top notch and the calm ambience was just what I needed after a long day.Highly recommend you stop by and say hi!”

“Cool venue, but the food is not 5 stars, except for the Roasted Hen of the Woods and the Wild Mushroom Slippery Noodle (outstanding). For example, the Fried Chicken Dumplings are VERY fried, creating a hard crust that overwhelms whatever little stuffing there is. The Smoked Salmon Fried Rice, was meh, with just enough salmon bits to call the dish "salmon." The braised duck Bao had bits of bone in the meat. It's a cool venue, but based on reviews, I had higher expectations.Four other things need addressing. $0.50 added to each dish and mentioned on the menu, about using that money for "cooks and porters." That should be a management decision and does not have to shared with diners. It's not for the money...it's a distraction to the experience of dining out. The alcoholic drinks are about $12 (way too high) and there are no ice tea refills, so I ended up paying $15 for 3 glasses of ice tea. The service is too fast, clearing dishes the moment you are done and removing dishes of other diners while one diner is still eating. That creates a sense of stress. Finally, there is no signage on the property as to where the restaurant is, so many, wonder about looking for it.”

“Ate in on a Saturday afternoon- my companions are vegetarian, so the staff made a beautiful veggie pie to order- I'm told it was excellent! Myself, I had a couple of Sicilian slices which were perfect- thick without being doughy or chewy, and the sauce was delicious - I'll definitely order from and eat in again!”

“Came here tonight with friends and brought my 2.5 year old son along. This place was perfect. I love the decorations, the music, the balcony lights with the river view. We sat by the window and enjoyed our meal as the sun was setting. It was beautiful. Everything we ordered came out delicious! We ordered house fried rice, drunken noodles, Singapore noodles, pad Thai, spring rolls, cauliflower (highly recommend), Thai chicken wings, lettuce wrap. The drinks were really good too, several of us got seconds. Even my picky 2.5 year old loved the fried rice. The service was excellent. They were so understanding and so lovely with my son. I appreciate this restaurant and will definitely come back again.”

I also thought the staff were very welcoming and nice! They gave me a boba plushy keychain and a donut as part of their promotion! The space is a bit small inside but has a few stools to sit! This is a great addition to the bubble tea options in this area!”

“The food was awesone!!! And the chef was super friendly. I have eaten the Salmon, fried whiting, string beans, Mac and cheese and corn bread. All were favorful and delicious. The potato salad was amazing. I highly recommend this restaurant. The hubby had the ox tails and turkey wings and he was more than please! The food is definetly cooked with love! The strawberry mango lemonade ( with alcohol) was on point and one definitely had me feeling very nice! Please take the time to check out this establishment.”

Their business is very good, We saw a lot of peoples eating sushi here when we be there. the owner of a warm reception for us, we came for the first time, gave us a lot of good recommendations, food is very fresh. The service is very good, the atmosphere is very good, we see someone's birthday, we are very happy. We'll be back!”
