“Just had an absolutely fantastic meal here! The oysters were so fresh and some of the best I’ve had. I got a special Cajun ruby red trout dish that was cooked to perfection with an amazing meld of flavors. My partner got the tried and true shrimp po boy and grits which was also delicious. Service was fantastic and atmosphere always great. Looking forward to going back.. kudos to the chef!!“

“We stopped in on a Friday night after not coming for years. The warm weather apparently made a lot of people come because the staff were running at full speed. They still have lobster lollipops and I enjoyed an amazing Old Fashioned. The special was prime rib and I got one of the lady ones at 6:30. The rib itself was a little tougher than I've had but seasoned really well. The baked potato was missing some of the promised ingredients and was just shy of being fully cooked. My molten chocolate dessert had a chocolate disk in it, not molten, but I think the whipped cream was hand made. Our waitress was attentive but really busy, and has a great personality. So I would come back for lunch or in a week night to get a perfect experience.“

“Solid hot pot + amazing Sichuanese. De Tasty is a staple for Cornellians and Ithaca folks alike. The hot pot is comforting and consistent. The broth could be more flavorful. Garnishes (veggies, noodles, mushrooms) are a bit sparse but adequate for a small solo pot. They have a small sauce bar on the side for $2 as well.Sichuanese here is always a hit. Highly recommend the Mapo Tofu or spicy fish stew. Large family style portions that are perfect for sharing. Would recommend the entrees here over the hot pot.Prices are reasonable given the portion sizes and quality. HEADS UP: There is a 15% service charge automatically included in the check.Perfect place for large family/friend outings and cold snowy days. Will definitely be coming back ? “

“I highly recommend dining at "Sangam." Cozy and inviting setting, a nice place for a casual by yourself or a special dinner with friends and family. ?The menu is extensive, offering a wide variety of traditional Indian dishes. Each dish is bursting with authentic flavors and well-balanced spices. As always, any chicken dish is a definite winner. The naan is also a must-try, served freshly baked. Delicious. ?The portion sizes are generous, feeling fully satisfied. The prices are reasonable for the quality and quantity of food served. They also offer vegetarian and vegan options. ?This restaurant has something to please every palate. I highly recommend giving it a try! ?✅️“
