They have improved a bit over the last few months. I would still double check your order as they sometimes still forget to add things like caramel etc to your coffee. But overall they are decent. Not the best Dunkin in the area but they get the job done.
This place is a good place. It has delicious ice creams and ice cream cakes. It also has good food and drinks. One issue I had was a man at the cashier. He had an attitude and acted way too sassy with me and customers. I saw him snap his fingers in someones face and screaming, "Hello, hello!," to draw their attention. I recommend it.
