It was pretty cool here. Cashier was nice and polite and spoke first. You don't get that type of service alot especially in NYC. Thanks for friendly service. The cook was a little slow tho lol but thanks ?

This Dunkin is ok. The only issue i have is the mobile ordering. They do not have a lot of things that are available on the app, and then they don't tell you until you ask or after you're the last one there waiting for your order. After waiting a long time. This may have something to do more with the app; I don't know, but still , perhaps checking in with people more often would help?Anyway, apart from that, the staff is courteous and efficient. Not sure what has happened with this location but it seems to have gone downhill somewhat. They removed all the seating and the customer service has noticeably dropped. I only come here occasionally but I was surprised since this was usually been one of the better Dunkins in the area. They still make orders correctly but unlike other locations nearby you may need to get a workers attention to grab a mobile order.
