I was running late for work so I pulled into the drive through and ordered a double quarter with cheese and bacon. When I received my food I got a cheeseburger with jalapenos and cheese that was definitely cheese wiz on it. How do you even mess that up??? I didn't realize till I left and I was running late so I wasn't about to fix it and already took a bite when I tasted the disgusting sandwich. The worst part is when the guy handed me the food he even confirmed my order.

Each time I enter this location in Hollis, there are NEVER any hand sanitizers in the 3 or 4 dispensers in the lobby area. This is disgraceful. So many customers touch the door handles and ordering screens all day and night plus Door Dash/.Uber eats delv ppl. This is a food place and there should be ample amount in dispensers at ALL times. Refill should be done in a daily basis. Why you have them if they are always empty?? Just for a show!! Ridiculous!!

Ordered a Mc double filte of fish and the order was smaller than a regular filte of fish. Will definitely not order it again.
THE WORST MCDONALD'S! The service is horrible. I went in for 2 breakfast sandwiches to go and ended up waiting almost 15 minutes and I was the second person in line. The person in front of me had a dispute with his order and the cashier went to the back and they NEVER sent anyone else out to cover him as the line grew to at least 6 or seven people. When someone did come out after I yelled into the back she had an attitude. WORST SERVICE EVER. STEER CLEAR OF THIS LOCATION.

ordered a small fries waited ten minutes my order number was jumped over 3 times so decided didn't want the fries asked for money back and not a single word uttered from worker! This is a perfect example of the customer service that is offered today! But eventually the owners will get it when the money starts coming in short and those employees stop working! Nobody wants to go to a business to spend there money to get that kind.of service or attitude!
