Saw this place when I went to a place a cross the street, caught my eye coz I've been craving for good fried fish. Checked them out and the place looks decent, small for a fish store but they have good selection of cooked and fresh seafood. I had my doubts but I'm glad I still tied them coz the food was good! I've been going there for years. I love it! I was just checking to see if they were still there after the pandemic. I just moved back to New York and I anxious to go there again.
I've been coming here for over 20 years. J&C is owned by two Asian ladies whom seem to be ageless. They're very pleasant, but don't take no mess. When you walk in, you'll find precooked seafood that is flash fried as you order. They also have steamed options, being they have fresh seafood in the back.
