I took my daughter to lunch, service was very slow, the big TV played gruesome police drama, the waitress came back only once after initial order taking. People who came before us were served first. The water never arrived until the end we had to ask again. It was very dark and there was a persistent fly over our table. Really the worst $30 spent for a lunch, bad experience. We will never go back.
I usually love this place. Have been a few times and ordered take out a couple times. I recently ordered hibachi noodles and miso soup to go for work. First the lady at the front had an attitude when I was asking for chop sticks. Then, when I finally go to eat my food the noodles were very soggy and I found a hair when I went for my second bite. Didn't even get to eat it. I doubt I'm going to order there again.
One of the waitresses there was very rude. She gave my family and I no drinks that we had ordered, no utensils for our food. The chefs noticed that we were upset about her service, and stepped in to do her job. It was giving very much racist.
