Tried to call repeatedly, couldn't get anyone to speak to. Ordered my food online for pickup, since delivery ETA was over an hour. When I got there, my pizza was w/ the delivery guy ready to go out the door. Totally chaotic.
Awesome guy answered the phone. We ordered 3 pizzas thinking we were calling Inferno in CT and when we went to pick them up we realized we called Inferno in NY. So, we called to apologize and give our credit card number and pay it forward to the next family who walked in, but they laughed and said no worries. So if your in Latham NY, have some pizza here and tell them we sent you !!!

I drive about 40 mins to pick up my pizza and wings from this location. James is the best! His wings are to die for! Service is quick and always have a pleasant experience. Keep up the good work!
