I’ve gotten several hundred drinks here over the past year and it’s always clean and lovely. I go through the drive thru a lot and the staff is always very friendly and polite, I never feel like I’m bothering them asking for a Diet Pepsi. How fast it is depends on the time of day but when they’re not slammed it’s almost instant service, and when they are slammed they do their best and keep a smile on their face. Look, it’s a Panera. However, this location is always impressive with the amount of ingredients they forget to put on or take off despite specifications. Other than that…yup! Panera! Absurdly overpriced given the product…yet I still come ??♂️

Ordered 7 hours ahead of time and still ended up getting my food late. Scheduled a pickup for an order and arrived about 5 minutes ahead of the pickup time. Food ended up ready 10 minutes late - making me late for a meeting. Before me 3 people walked in and grabbed their order from the person behind the counter. Nice job Panera!
