“I was here w about 6 friends from church. It is itallian, and the food I had was good, but be prepared for the prices of their fancy gourmet itallian meals. Their menu was a little limited for basic fair. I had spaghetti and meat balls, and several others had cheese ravioli.Parking: Their small parking lot was full, and apparently it appears to be full most of the time. Several of us had difficulty parking across the street on a busy highway. But it is located on waterfront.“
“Lots of MADONES for Dominick's pizza in lindenhurst. So many great parts, I'm gonna have to applaud them individually. Start with the atmosphere. You'd think this was an Olive Garden with good food, because when you're here you're family! Jesus (owner and best hair on 35th street) is so warm and welcoming I asked him to be the Godfather of my unborn but future child (taking applications for a new wife after the Rikos incident!) The staff is incredibly friendly and makes you want to keep coming back. I've used Domenick's for a plethora of events (birthdays, festivus, the day the eagles were eliminated from the NFL playoffs) and his hot food is more on point than Mark Wahlberg in the 2007 critically acclaimed film Shooter. Pinwheels and Rolls so big I could feed a third world country with a small box. Desserts must be delivered from Mars because they're out of this world!! Would give 6 stars if they let me. Highly recommend this pizza joint. Dave Portnoy would have to change his pants if he reviewed.“
“Stella's really knows how to take care of their customers. From a phone order there was some confusion, but they insisted on making it right by delivering it to me two towns over ! And the pizza and salads were worth waiting for, absolutely delicious!“
“Authentic Italian food with outstanding service. Music on the weekends..the go to restaurant for special occasions, family dinners or a Romantic date. Tito is the owner and he has created perfection here. Every thing on the menu is delicious. Love love love Goccia D'oro. It is made of gold!! Gold standards of“
“First time coming in and we decided to dine in with plenty of seating available on an early Sunday afternoon. Left thoroughy impressed with the dishes we were served. Probably one of the best specialty sicilian pies I've eaten in a long time. The oreganata pie had a nice crush and the topping was amazing. We also ordered the eggplant rollatini entree which came with a side fettucini and a garden salad. We ordered a couple cappuccinos that were perfectly presented with cinnamon on top. There was of oreganata pie which we took to go. Even the grqphics on the box were fantastic.“
“I heard that this restaurant is good so I checked it out. This restaurant is located in Long Island. I ordered grilled octopus, jambalaya side spinach, tail shrimp vodka, chocolate fondant, and aperol spritz. Food tasted very fresh & delicious. Service was great. Lots of seatings inside. Good to make reservations.“
“Had a great time at Butera's in Bay Shore last night (despite it being St. Patrick's day Bar Crawl Weekend in the town). The food was outstanding! We had the Gnocchi and Lasagna and I could eat loaves of that bread if given the opportunity. I'm not a fan of Rainbow cookies or desserts in general, but the Rainbow Cookie Cheesecake is a must! Can't wait to go back and try everything, because narrowing down what I wanted to eat was one of the hardest decisions of the night!“
“The only suggestion is go during the week ??! It’s so good!! There was a line out the door on a cold Friday night. Great food, great service! Great dining experience. A new regular place. Do yourself a favor and go here! The owner no only apologized 4 times for the wait because of how unbelievably busy they were(completely understandable after eat here) he greeted everyone, made sure to shake hands and say goodbye to every table. The staff was great, thought, engaging. The food was great. It was well priced. Thank you! Definitely see you againVegetarian options: Good vegetarian options. The choice for vegan food.“
“Saturday evening dinner without a reservation. Walking in, my eyes immediately gravitated to the pictures of the owners and the many celebrities that have eaten and visited there before. The bar area is very nice and large, with TVs playing sports and news. We were greeted, welcomed and seated immediately. The dining area is very large and decorous. The tables large enough to sit us all. My cousin-in-law and his family frequent the restaurant and he practically knows everyone there, so as we sat, we were introduced to the owners and pretty much about a half dozen waiters and other staff members. All were extremely friendly and welcoming. As expected with all family style restaurants, the tables are very close to one another but positioned in a way that still allowed for ample space for you to move and sit comfortably. When we sat, there were hardly any people there, but within an hour it was full of patrons and large families. It was loud, but manageable. The food was unbelievably delicious. I haven't had true traditional family style Italian food in a long time. From the Fried Calamari and cold antipasto appetizers, to our Veal Parmigiana, Penne allá Vodka with Shrimp and prosciutto entrees. Paired with a Cabernet Sauvignon Palermo Napa, I truly enjoyed my meal. I haven't enjoyed food this good in a long time. My girls shared a huge plate of Chicken fingers and fries, and they loved it. I highly recommend anyone who's in the area to dine here. You won't regret it. Thank you for a great meal and patronage.“
“Here to celebrate a birthday. What a hidden gem! The ambiance was beautiful and intimate, the food absolutely delicious and the service was attentive without being intrusive. Everyone was sooo nice. Although we were the last ones to leave on a Thursday evening we were never pressured in any way. Thank you for a lovely evening. We will definitely be back!“
“- Cute date spot, lowkey and nice- Service 10/10 - our server was Omar. Even gave us free shots- We got Ceaser salad, calamari, cacio e pepe & desert.- I’ve had better cacio e pepe before but the other pastas all looked really good- definitely will go there again“
“The food is consistently great tasting and quality. The service( Steven)is prompt yet we never felt rushed. Very friendly. The chicken Milanese is crispy, cooked through and very tender. Served on a large bed of arugula. The pizzas are all great , crispy crust and nice toppings. The pasta is cooked fresh and you can tell. For desert I would highly recommend a cannoli. Left dinner feeling very satisfied. Great portions.“
“We went for a birthday dinner. The food was amazing! The service was impeccable. The staff was perfect and friendly! Our water glasses were always full even at the end of the meal when most restaurant staff goes on to newer customers they never left us. Have I mentioned the food was wonderful??? If you love seafood you will be very happy. We will definitely be back! Thank you!“
“First time here and won’t be my last! I’m someone who looks for high quality sandwiches and these guys can make one! I got the “club”. Perfect amount of meat and the bacon was perfectly cooked. Service was quick and there was many other goodlooking options. Support small business!“
“The staff were great. They are attentive, friendly and beyond accommodating. The interior is so pretty. The food which to me is the most important part was absolutely amazing. I cannot wait to go back and try more dishes. The drinks were also delicious.“
“Pretty good! This place offers decent slight intimate dining, with great service and good. We had the baked clams which were absolutely delicious! One of our favorites to date.for entrees, we had their pizza and a pasta dish. Both of which were delicious. For desert, we had the napoleon which wasn't great. We definitely won't be getting that ago. Overall, it was a great and welcoming dining experience but it's the type of place you would seek out more if you were local to the venue. Will definitely return in the future.“
“This is the best pizza in the Seaford Wantagh area, which is saying something. I 've worked through the menu in pizza and pasta items, and it is definitely thin crust NYC rooted, but also is just full of flavor. The round grandma is a gimmick, but is still delicious. The spinach and white pizza is the best I ever had. The baked ziti is cheesed top to bottom, not just one drop of ricotta like most places. Found these guys just this year, and now they're my go to. Thanks for opening nearby, and for the WLIR vibe w the music choices.“
“Have passed this pizzeria many times and never went in cause I just thought the parking was too difficult . Someone told me today that this was their favorite pizza in Plainview ( it at the border of Plainview and Hicksville on Woodbury road and south oyster bay road). I asked why and he said , it's the cheesiest! Anyway, I decided to try it and was very pleased. I had a cauliflower pizza which was excellent and I could present it was healthier. The regular slice was also good and really cheesy as promised. Inside the dining room is nicer than you can tell from the outside. The staff are efficient and accommodating. You can park on the street , but they DO have a parking lot in back, around the corner. Gotta say, although I haven't been here for 28 years, I plan to return.“
“Great food and incredible service. We were a party of 6 that stopped by for dinner on a Thursday. Food was delicious, great presentation. We were celebrating a birthday and the folks at George White all made it very special. Highly recommend.“
“This was actually my first time here and it did not disappoint. I came here with a large group and the service and the food were phenomenal. It was so good I even called the next day to tell them how great they were . Everything from start to finish was fantastic. We had the wings ,which are the best wings I ever had. We had the meatballs., four different types of pizza and salads. They also had the best dirty martini I ever had. They made it perfect. Will definitely be back.“
“Love this place. I live right across the street. I'm in love with their grandma's pizza. The food is delicious. Shrimp scampi is my favorite. And their garlic knots are so garlicky. I usually get a dozen and eat them all myself in way under 2 days. It is my go to place for pizza and pasta. Check it out. You won't be disappointed.“
“Great place! Food is amazing! Best gyros ever!! Service is nice, staff is friendly, very clean! Been coming here for years and will continue. Highly recommend.... thanks for making customers feel at home! Especially Edmond.....That's how you know it's family operated ! Your gyro fans Jimmy and Dina, dine in and take out both were great experiencesVegetarian options: They have many rice and veggie platters, pasta, falafals“
“SUPER impressed with this place. I've only ever ordered their avocado toast with fried egg religiously for lunch because they make it really tasty without loading it up with onions like other places do. But I just tried their buffalo chicken and gorgonzola panini and omg... amazing. Great quality chicken and has been the best buff chick wrap I've had in a long long time. So happy I finally have a healthy place to eat so close to me! Wish they had come around sooner!!!“
“They took the $10 Espresso Martini off the Happy Hour menu, darn it! Now it is regularly priced at $17. Trento’s version of the Espresso Martini is my favorite one on Long Island! The fried calamari is so lightly breaded that I felt I was eating just the fish. It is the best calamari that I have ever had on Long Island. However, the Fusilli Bolognese tasted meh! Nevertheless, this restaurant deserves five stars for its quality of food and superb service.“
“A unique restaurant offering Mexican and Italian cuisine. My partner and I started off with a delicious Greek salad and then both had fajitas. There was an abundance of the chicken and steak in the fajitas. They came out sizzling hot and were seasoned nicely and flavorful. The service was friendly and attentive. The restaurant is not large and has a friendly and family atmosphere. Definitely check it out!!!“
“Went for lunch about a month ago. Excellent service, and the answer to my request for something a little off-menu was "absolutely". The Veal Sorrentino was very good but serving could have been larger. The clam appetizer was good, if a little different. The coffee and sorbet were acceptable. Nice ambiance...not my favorite place, but I will return.“
“Amazing staff . I stopped in when my sugar level happened to plummet I'm diabetic. Also I rank in the top 10% globally on google maps for pizza reviewers and I'd like to thank the staff for their hospitality. If you guys remember me. Thank you. The food is amazing . Top notch. Just crispy enough. Doesn't fall apart and slide off. 100% an all time favorite Umberto's all the way“
“Got there just as the sun was setting on Thursday evening with my son. The wait staff was accommodating, attentive, and pleasant. He had a slice, and I had a pasta dish. All was to our liking, I would go back.Kid-friendliness: There were other families there at that time.“
“My wife and I held the rehearsal dinner for our son and his soon to be wife on Feb 29. We had 40+ people. The overall experience was great- a 5+ stars. All the guests loved the food and the ambiance of the room. The food was delicious and the portions were so generous that many of the guests needed containers to take home what they had left. The waitstaff were exceptional. They couldn't have been more attentive and nice. Eric and Gianna who we worked with to plan out the dinner made it very easy to get everything set up. Thank you to all for a wonderful experience!!!“
“Some of the best speciality squares in the area. Their regular pies are great to, a slightly thinner crust than the traditional NY slice. Service counter is always on top of their game cause the place can get packed, so staff is always working hard to get you your order done. Only a handful of high tops inside to eat your slice at but the business is set up perfectly to go in and grab your order on the go, but in the nicer weather they do a great job setting up picnic tables.outside to enjoy great pizza and the warm weather. Very clean as well.“
“This was my second time back and it hasn't changed. I don't give stars out easily but try to stay close to the Michelin guide. Which means this would be one, and deservedly correct. We had lunch and they just about steer you to the Prix Fix at $ 21.00 for thee courses. This is old times done Italian up scale. We started off ordering the Cabernet on each table, $ 45.00 and very good, they then brought out a basket of bread and complimentary Brochetta. We ordered the Cesar Salad creamy but very tasty, Followed by Veal with Fontina Cheese, and an ensemble of Fresh crispy Vegetables, all delicious. We ordered espresso, with Italian Cheese Cake and they topped that with complimentary fresh fruit and an after dinner cordial. The service was professional, menu recited from memory poured the wine as needed, didn't ask if we are still working on that, but delivered and took away from the right side. None of that taking your salad fork and putting back on the table. I say this because the place is cozy, the Service great and food delicious, while the prices so fair, with the class of not charging for using a credit card. What a find these days. Wish La Villetta was closer to me, but it is worth the drive.“
“We’ve been coming to Franina for years but I never posted anything until now. The food is excellent and the presentation is elegant and creative. Check out the Frutti di Mare. It could have been plated like most other restaurants do which is a pile of seafood on a few large leaves of romaine. But at Franina, it’s a work of art and absolutely delicious.“
“Took my father out for his birthday. The first complaint is the 30 minutes we waited for a table with a reservation. Beautiful decor in a comforting setting. The waiter was amazing! I cannot emphasize how great he was. The food from start to finish was perfect. All the appetizers were great and all 6 of our entrees had us smiling. My steak was top 3 I've ever had. Drinks were delicious but lacked creativity. I felt like they could have had a little bigger drink menu. The dessert I had was good but this was the dullest part of the evening. Boring menu, 2 cheesecakes, one chocolate torte, apple berry pie and one Mississippi mud. Extremely lackluster for a top tier restaurant. I still would recommend it to everyone just for the starters and mains.“
“The owners, Mike & Terry are wonderful souls who care deeply about the community they serve, always going above and beyond to support KiDS NEED MoRE and other local causes. They also have absolutely the most delicious food and the staff is so friendly and fast. My wife loves the eggplant. Everytime I come home with Joe's Pizza I am a hero in my house!“
“Went at a busy time with my 91 year old dad. The owner immediately brought him a chair as we had a bit of a wait and made accommodations to get him seated as soon as she could. She checked on him periodically, held the door for him and couldn’t have been more kind. Added bonus is the food was amazing as it always is!“
“The grandma's pizza was excellent, the salad was fresh & not over dressed, the garlic bread was soft & yummy. The best part was our server Danielle (the Pizza Queen), she was an absolute pro, very attentive & thoughtful. ALL the 4+ star reviews are well warranted. Well done Talluci's.!! Looking forward to coming back soon..“
“Went here on a Tuesday night with a group of 8. The food was great and the service was on point . Our waitress was attentive and polite. All the food was cooked correctly and tasted awesome. This was the second time here and won't be the last for sure !“
“Cheesy goodness. If you're ever craving some delicious pizzas and pastas, definitely stop by. They have such incredible food. We were obsessed with the fried cauliflower and the thin crust pizza. The pasta was amazing as well. Can't wait to try the rest of their menu! Appetizers - Hot 'n Crispy - Garlic Knots - Caesar Salad Entrees - Grandma Ala Vodka - Fiorentina“
“So happy we stumbled across this place. Our new go to for sandwiches. We get chicken cutlet, fresh mozz, pickles, hot sauce and pickles on a hero. Generous size sandwich for $10. Love it! Good chicken salad too. I always see people in there getting pizza pies so I'm curious how those are. Family owned. Good greek cookies too. Doesn't look like much from the outside but definitely worth a try!“
“Lauren was our Waitress and I give her absolutely all-around top ratings! She was personable and professional from the moment we set eyes on her. She's friendly, welcoming and very attentive. Refills were done almost Ninja-style, lol; refilled before I realized I needed it! Her menu suggestions were excellent. The food was excellent--thank you Chef! She made my boyfriend's restaurant choice a positive experience. We'll definitely be back. His relatives will definitely visit soon. The entire wait-staff was pleasant and attentive.“
“I’ve frequented Leonardo’s Pizza Cafe and it never disappoints. From the warm greeting by Leonardo himself to the expertly crafted dishes, it’s a gem. While the pizza is top-notch, don’t miss out on the eggplant and baked ziti. Every bite takes me back to my hometown of Campania. Truly a culinary haven.“
“This is under new ownership and decided to try it. It is very clean and the new owners are very nice and friendly. Their breakfast sandwich tasted great and was perfectly cooked and the price was more reasonable than most other delis I have been to by a few dollars. Besides sandwich’s and typical deli salads what makes them stand out is their Korean options. I tried their Korean fried chicken and it was delicious. Definitely recommend trying it if you want something different.“
“Wish the name wasn't so easy to confuse with other restaurants now that it's changed owners, but it's still awesome and delicious! I really appreciate there being several vegan options for me and my family to enjoy. A former New Yorker, I brought a whole vegan pie back to Ohio for my fam and they were blown away by how good it was. "This is New York pizza!" Now they know what all the hubbub is about. Hope I'll be back soon! Unless you guys can USPS one over here? Haha!“
“Our Valentine's Day dinner at Primi Italian Steakhouse was exceptional. The eggplant rollatini and clams oreganata appetizers were flavorful starters to our meal. The porterhouse steak for two was divine, paired with creamy mashed potatoes and crisp broccoli. Service was outstanding, making our experience memorable. Everything was so good we returned a few days later for drinks. Highly recommend for a special occasion, but coming for dinner for no occasion is excellent as well!Parking: The parking at Primi is valet. Make sure you bring a few dollars to tip.“
“Just finished eating lunch here with my wife. It was FANTASTIC. The best rice ball and bacon ranch pizza I've ever had. The staff were all kind and welcoming. We are now going to make this our regular spot after we shop at the Tanger Outlets nearby.“
“We stopped for lunch it a quaint shop at the end of the strip stores just east of Keith Lane. They have lots of pizza choices. We tried 5 slices. The zucchini onion was a large slice w good sauce and cheese. A good bite. The sausage and broccoli rabe could use more broccoli rabe but it was good square slice. The chicken piccata was great good flavored sauce and chicken cooked well. The Mac n cheese was good square slice w good flavors. The Chicken Alfredo had good sauce flavor but there was a burnt taste not sure if it's a smoky taste but wasn't my fav. We did love the Mac n cheese pinwheel but the start was the pepperoni pinwheel. I love that you can pick your own spices it's in the table. Also you can pick your own drink. Grateful that the work was receptive to the chicken Alfredo slice. You order and within mins foods out hot and flavorful. They're staff is hopping and they're deliver guys were running around a lot. Good Place will be back soon.“
“Nice Italian neighborhood restaurant with a family dining appeal. Large dining area with wait service. Menu had plenty of options - but we were focused on the pizzas. Table bread and butter worked up an appetite, but lacked the fresh baked aroma. Calamari and chicken Francese pizzas were pretty awesome and very different. A little tough to eat the slices with the heavy and saucy toppings, but a fork and knife worked like a charm. Happy to return for another round.“
“What a fantastic restaurant!! the place is beautiful, the service fantastic, the owners very friendly. The food is amazing!! the salads, the grain bowls, they even have a gluten free menu. But, my favorite favorite thing - those chicken meatballs. Wow!! I would absolutely recommend this place!!!!“
“This was my first time at this pizza shop. I was in the neighborhood and wanted something to eat. I was heading to one pizza shop on the main road & I happened to see this one in the cut. Something told me to go there instead & I'm happy that I did. Very welcoming as I walked in through the door. I would definitely revisit when I'm in the neighborhood again.“
“I've been a customer for more than two years and am in the store three times a week. A true neighborhood spot. Ownership and Staff treat you like family. The food and service are amazing. Whether take out or catering, Foods of Italia is the only choice. Can't wait for my next visit! :)“
