I enjoy burger King. Their less expensive options are better than McDonald's, being that those two chains purpose in life is to be inexpensive. BK used to have a good app, but it seems they're the first to lose user experience... I have ordered ahead on the app at this store on my breaks at work, 3pm, but somehow even with saying "I'm here" 5 minutes ahead of time I still have to sit in the store and wait 10 minutes to get my food. Fast and efficient service at this location. I occasionally have to wait for fresh food but nothing excessive, not even at lunch time. The staff here is always friendly unlike the location on Rt.31.

This is one of our worst experiences at any Burger King ever. Location:Oswego Rd in Liverpool NY. We ordered 2 Whopper Meals and buns were stale, toppings were messy in wrapper and not on the burger itself and sandwiches were cold like they'd been sitting a longtime. Fries were hot and fresh. Very disappointed in our experience.
