One of the best Italian places you can go in LIC! Every dish is so fresh and flavorful. I loved the fresh pasta dishes that had the perfect al dente consistency and hearty sauces. The appetizers were all a hit too. We went with a dozen people and kept order because we loved everything that kept coming out! Highly recommend going with a big group so you can try more! Go Nonna is a very nice, intimate Italian restaurant right around several of LIC's best breweries. I went with a group of 8 friends, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals.The carbonara special and the short rib papardelle were incredible, and the salad options were refreshing.Portions were solid, and the service was quick and friendly. 8 is probably the biggest group for this restaurant, but it's a great spot for a casual date or double date night!

Went out with friends for dinner recently, someone in our group recommended we come here and it was a great choice, laid back vibes, the food was delish, the service was wonderful, our waiter was the mustache guy, his mojitos were literally some of the best I’ve ever had, we will definitely be coming back soon for dinner again and for more of mustache guys mojitos!
