Horrible experience. The manager was attending drive thru. I first tried to tell him the drive thru code to earn points, he hard time to accept it. Then I created the order myself and tried to give him the drive thru order code, he again had hard time accepting it. Then he instructed me to come to the pickup window. I showed him the order code and he still kept on telling me that the code is not in the system and instructed me to come inside. I then changed the order pickup method...read full review

It's what you would expect from a McDonald's. Don't usually have an issue with missing items but never hurts to double check that bag before you rip out of the parking lot. ?

The lady that answered the phone was totally rude to me not being a Karen but just saying that I hope you have a good day but please don’t take it out on customers. I was asking a genuine question I didn’t know you can’t pick some thing up in 2 1/2 hours or just gonna place it over the phone and come get it now I didn’t know but thank you for getting mad at nothing.
