Extra crispy was horrible, pancake batter over kill. Chicken looked old as if cooked yesterday. Mash potatoes looked like grits but tasted like cardboard. They forgot the gravy and biscuits, so i had to drive back thru two towns to get what was missing from my order.I asked for half of my 16 peice order to be original and the half to be extra crispy, I got only extra crispy.The young lady was very polite and helpful but the disaster was done.Unfortunately I do fast food places...read full review

This location is warm and welcoming. Manager and employees have exemplary customer service skills. the food is made on the spot and served hot and fresh. the location is very well kept even for towards the end of the night. David, the general manager is really thorough and precise. you can tell that his staff has great respect for him. i could definitely see him managing a full district.

I hate leaving average reviews, but today it is deserved by KFC in Lynbrook. It is hardly a fast food or a good service if you have to wait 15 minutes for chicken nuggets, then come back for missing sauce and don't even get a hint of an apology.
