In looking for some "decent" Chinese food in Middletown, we found China Star. It's a little more of a drive for us but, definitely worth the extra 10 minutes. We ordered combo platters of chicken and broccoli and pepper steak with onion. Both were very good. The egg rolls are crispy and not overly greasy. Chicken w broccoli and boneless spare ribs were good . Usually spare ribs are cut into strips but these were almost like mini pork chops. They were tender and the sauce on them was really good. I definitely recommend .

This business has changed hands and it's no longer great takeout.Food costs have gone up so it's reasonable to have increases in menu prices. But their prices are not on par with other Chinese takeouts in the area. Especially because the quality went down a lot and the taste is not just ok.The previous owners were great with their customer service, but now it's about what you'd expect from a Chinese takeout.
