My wife and I go to the Middletown NY location often. The food is always fantastic. Growing up in Essex County NJ where there are tons of Italian restaurants I found it hard to find great Italian living in Sussex County NJ. This is by far our favorite Italian place to eat. The service is always right on point and the restaurant is always packed. The manager Patricio is suck a great asset to this business. We always look forward to date night at Cosimo's.
Considering there are not a lot of options in the area I didn't have high expectations for this place but since they had other great reviews we decided to go. And they did not disappoint, service was great and the food was amazing. Good big portions and everything tasted fresh and came out hot. If you are in the area definitely try this place

Cosimos is always amazing. I love the atmosphere and the lighting and the service is always impeccable. Because it was Friday evening and we didn't have reservations, I didn't expect for us to be able to get a table let alone get seated right away so that was awesome. Weekend specials were delicious and the fried Oreos were so good. I'm still thinking about them.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pasta available
