A hidden treasure for those fortunate enough to find it! Bonfire truly lives up to its name with a casual and cozy atmosphere akin to visiting a neighborhood cookout. Equilibrium has been on my brewery bucket list since i can remember. I finally made the trek up to middle town and i couldn’t be happier. Visited with my family and they loved it. Let’s start with the amazing location, with the great outdoor views and natural light hitting the taproom. The history of where the brewery is built on was something i have never seen in person at a brewery. My wife and I lunched at Equilibrium Brewery in Middletown NY a year ago August. Full disclosure, we are relatives of one of the owners. Nevertheless, we honestly were struck with the physical beauty of the place, its friendly, relaxed vibe, and its intriguing selection of unique and creative IPAs, Stouts and Texas-influenced BBQ offerings. The brews and food we ordered were delicious! We do recommend Equilibrium to our friends, and we honestly look forward to visiting again.
