“I ordered the gnocchi which came with salad and bread and it was amazing. The salad was really good with the peppers and olives onions and tomatoes and the pasta had asparagus mushrooms and peppers which I never had before. The service is outstanding everyone is very very polite and kind. They have beautiful Italian instrumental music playing while you eat and tv. I highly recommend this place to eat.“

“Our family was looking last minute for a place to have a family dinner to celebrate our daughter’s ninth birthday after our original reservation fell through at another place. Pelligrinos is our favorite pizza spot so I called them. It was 5:30PM on a Friday night and I asked if they could accommodate our party of nine at 7:00. They were happy to prepare a table for us! I was shocked. They brought us the most incredible plate antipasto and placed it in front of our daughter and said happy birthday! Then we have the most delicious apps, pizza and an incredible pasta special for dinner. We couldn’t have been happier! They then brought complimentary fried dough for dessert for the table!What an incredible experience! We were so grateful that they not only came to our rescue at that late hour, but they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great night. “So, I stopped by what looked like a regular pizzeria to find that this place is a restaurant and pizzeria. The pizza was great and the garlic knots were soft and full of that wonderful garlic flavor. I would recommend stopping by this surprisingly good spot. Oh and they have a full bar and wine.“
“Cheese and pepperoni pizza was great. Garlic knots were some of the better ones I've tried, very soft. Also they threw in some kind of dessert. It was like a sugar powder dough thing and it was great! I ordered delivery and it took a little long so I called to check on it and the staff was extremely kind and helpful and even called back to check in that we received our order. “Best pizza, in my opinion, in Middletown!I always get half meat lovers and the other half buffalo chicken. The toppings are generous, and the chicken pieces are perfectly portioned.We also get medium buffalo wings, and they are crispy and covered with a good amount of sauce.Last time we went, we received garlic knots as well. Not only were they delicious, they'll make you smell like garlic for a week ?Give Marco's a try, you won't be disappointed!“

The Kickin' Chicken BLT was delicious and huge, definitely splitable if you want. I haven't had their pizza yet but what they were pulling out of the oven liked great. “Food was delicious don't get me wrong but the caprese salad wasn't near what I expected based on the traditional experience. Then a manager came and asked what happened I replied with caprese salad is normally medallions of tomatoes and mozzarella with a basil leaf on each. This was plum tomatoe slices pilled like lettuce and miniature mozzarella rings and slices of basil and very little balsmic glaze with a side of balsamic dressingal and he says let me see what I can do. He comes back and says I took half off next time tell me at the beginning. I will return again because the food is phenomenal with the hopes of them making adjustments to that dish.“
“I was in Middletown, on my way home ordered 4 large pies, calamari, fries on one of the hottest days of the year and the pizza looked and tasted just right . I ate 4 slices, had to stop myself !!! Calamari was light and crispy, the people are so nice I’ll go back again“

“We moved to Florida and we wish we could bring Cuginos with us. Well actually, don't judge... but we have packed up food to fly home with us a few times! We CRAVE the food and we look forward to dining here every time we visit NY. We love everything we have tried but a few of our favorites are the Pizza, Garlic Knots with Cheese, Thai Chili Wings well done, hot honey espresso slice with pepperoni, Eggplant Parm, Chicken Parm and Penne Ala Vodka. We have ordered trays of the Penne Ala Vodka and Eggplant Parm in the past as well, and it's a guaranteed hit at parties! My husband has always said you can put their Vodka sauce on a shoe and it will taste good. It's a family owned and operated restaurant. The owner Maria is an absolute gem and the staff is friendly and attentive. The restaurant is always clean and nicely decorated. This place remains at the top of my list and the quality of food is highly deserving of the best rating!“
