The food is very good. Well seasoned and good portions. There’s a good variety to choose from but it’s not always available. Rasta pasta & shrimp pasta are only available in the evenings along with other varieties of seafood.Service is hit and miss. Some are great with it and others…. Not so much. Overall, if you like good Jamaican food you should check this place out
This Jamaican Restaurant is my favorite place in Mt. Vernon to eat Caribbean Cuisine. The food is always Hot & Ready.. the flavors are always on-point, and their selections of beverages never disappoint. My favorite dishes that keep me returning are the Oxtail, The Stewed Chicken, and the Curried Chicken.
