I am all about finding great hole-in-the-wall local eateries. For tacos and authentic Mexican food, this is the holy grail. This NewRo spot satisfied in every way. Sure, it is simple in its decor and when you first walk in you might rethink it. Stay (and come back) for the food, service and prices. The food and presentation is great, generous portions with fresh tortillas for every single item on the menu (or so it seems since my group of 10 ordered different things and all plates were made with fresh tortillas) . Although they were very busy the waitress did well keeping up with our requests and was very nice. The food I bought here at El Sabor De Mi Tierra was very tasty, well prepared. I have bought pupsas in other restaurants and they have come out spoiled. The ones that I buy here are very rich and good. And the Guaraches super delicious. ? I recommended them.
