A bit pricey for Caribbean food and the service is on the amateur side. When we first arrived we had to ask them to please put on some music while we sat at a table for 10 minutes before anyone said anything to us. The food was decent enough, but when we got the bill we had a 20% gratuity added on at 4 in the afternoon for 4 people. Definitely a cute place, but they need to step it up a lot. It was my first time going and I had a great time. The food was delicious and plentiful, the dj kept the patrons entertained (as was I, I heard music I haven't heard in years), and the staff kept an upbeat vibe. Only complaint was the restroom, it was a bit untidy. All in all, I can see myself returning.
I love the food but I hate the lack of consistency and always running out. They upgraded their ambience for the majors leagues but Still operating their customer service like they are in the minor leagues. I would advise using analytics and historical data to determine what customers on a Saturday evening or a Tuesday night will order so you can determine how much you will make.
