I've ordered MealPrep (MealPrep specific and off the regular menu) three times so far.I was experiencing major burnout and just losing the will to cook which typically means the only other option is junk food/food made extremely unhealthy.This place has been the awesome boost I needed right now. Service was really terrible wasn't greeted when walking in or even at the register the girl just stared at me until I ordered, I ordered a protein shake the previous day and the cashiers laughed at me, pretty uncomfortable if you ask me. On the other hand the food was really good definitely try out the pasta.

Food was freshly cooked burning through the bags which is a great sign, the chicken was "butter"tender, the greens tasted great and the steak was tough but at least cooked medium...i think it's bottom round so to the toughness is just what it's going to be like no matter what. Filled me up and was by far worth the price. Deserves more attention from the fitness world in new rochelle as I feel I couldn't have eaten a more sufficient dinner.
