Very convenient and accessible location. A pleasant change from greasy food. Was not blown away by anything. Just decent food. Great option to order up for winter movie nights. My guests also said their entrees were “good”, no oohs & ahhhs. Language barrier made selection preference a bit challenging to communicate to Server. My friends decided to make a formal meeting at one hotspot rumored to be one of the best Japanese restaurants in New Rochelle. Sakana sounds so good to my ears, so we as an entrepreneurial company went to collaborate and dine. The restaurant is fabulous and well-designed, with deep, sensual blues and purples setting the mood for a chill relaxation. From my 12 and 10 year old sons:Amazing, absolutely amazing! The best pork I've ever had, and some amazing sushi. Pork was so crispy, and was flavorful and tender. The salmon-avocado and shrimp-cucumber rolls were great. Both tasted fresh, and bursting with flavor. Overall, easiest 5 star of my life.
