It's rare that I give a bad review but on this one I need to do it. I ordered the pad at the entry and my credit card didn't work, I went to the counter and asked to order with a human. The girl told me to wait, I waited for over 15 mins and nobody answered me so I returned on the board to order again and pay with my mobile instead and it worked. I received my order 38 mins after. We have ordered delivery from here several times. Every single time there is something missing from the order. When you try to call the store it goes straight to voicemail or it just rings and nobody ever picks up. The food is just on par with Taco Bell, so it's not bad. But the fact that they have never gotten an order correct once, is frustrating and laughable.
I go to this Taco Bell at least two times a week but usually it's closer to three or four. I love this Taco Bell. Other reviews complain that orders take too long but I've never waited longer than at most when it was packed maybe 15 minutes? Usually I get my order in about 5 minutes.
