discovered Bessou via an promotional event. tbh, i didn't realize Market 57, a food hall, existed inside Pier 57. This is within the market on Pier 47, and there are any number of great little food places here. But all the other places. For this right fresh and a nice pills left from the Harlem brewery was great with a meal.

Their fried chicken karaage was so juicy, tender, and perfectly fried! We enjoyed both the original and hot honey nanban flavors. The latter doesn’t really taste like hot honey but rather has a Mayo drizzle, furikake, and jalapeños, which was still delicious. We also ordered their ramen and chicken sando (it tastes just like their hot honey nanban karaage with bread and a few pickled radishes), which were both good as well.
