Totally overrated.Bread, meat, onion rings, dipping sauce, there is nothing special here. Except the special load of fat on the tasteless meat.It tasted like boiled.

The meat is great! We had the American and the Masterpiece burger (the name couldn’t be more appropriate!) The staff is excellent! No matter how busy the restaurant is they always find the time to talk to you and help! 10/10 experience! Thank you to Ray and Olivia for making our experience amazing!

So, we were a group of three. The waitress was super rude. We asked for the separate bill. they were mad about this request. They told us that we should have mentioned this at the beginning.I don’t know if this is normal in NYC. But, separating the bill is normal in Vegas, Ottawa, Toronto, Montreal, London, Stockholm and many other cities.The rude waitress did not bring the machine to my table. I had to go to the cash register to pay by card.They also skip the tipping step. I wanted to tip 9.99% to show my frustration.I do not recommend this bar at all. It is very overrated.

As soon as I took the first bite of my burger, I could barely keep it together. The feeling of being in NYC for the first time with my wife and 2 daughters was already incredible, and then eating one of the best burgers I’ve ever had was almost too much. It will easily go down as one of the happiest moments of my entire life. I can’t promise the burgers there will do that to you, but if you bring the 3 most important people in the world with you and eat a burger there, good luck not being overwhelmed with happiness.

Ate here on our last afternoon in New York.Probably one of the best burgers we have eaten. Cooked perfectly and so tasty.Great friendly service as well.My wife needed to sit at a low table and the waitress was courteous and patient whilst we waited.Would 100% recommend.Shame I'm in the UK otherwise I would eat here often!!

A Cozy Burger Gem in MidtownWhile being on a business trip in New York, I had the pleasure of visiting Black Iron Burger in New York on a whim, and I'm glad I did. The place is nice and cozy, perfect for a solo diner like myself. I walked in without a reservation in the late afternoon, and I was seated promptly.I ordered fries, a burger, and a Lager beer. The fries were crispy and well-seasoned, a perfect appetizer. But the real star of the show was the burger - an absolute masterpiece (as the name suggested). The patty was juicy, thanks to the fresh meat and onions, and every bite was a delight.I must mention that the prices are on the higher side, but that's expected in Midtown, New York. Despite this, I would definitely visit Black Iron Burger again. It's a great spot for a casual, delicious meal. Highly recommended!
