Stop the music & press ‼Why am I just discovering Butterfunk Biscuit Co., in Manhattan⁉ Ok, I need to breathe ‍, and collect myself! "Food is as Food Does!" Delicious food , service and atmosphere does play a MAJOR role in how you take in and enjoy your food. I recently was in the area (131st & Bway), as I was having my vehicle checked. chef chris scott, where have you been all my life!!! my fathers side of my family, kuykendall- we are living german & dutch people!!!! the flavors the foods that you may not pair together, go so well together!!! the biscuits really pull it all together!!!! my goal, to try everything this restaurant makes on a biscuit‼‼‼thank you chef!!!!!!

I actually like this biscuit breakfast sandwich. A few things cost deductions. First there was a slight too much fennel in the homemade sausage. Also why is everyone making biscuits all over cheddar. Softer cheeses works better, good old American, a gouda even. They melt better and don't tend to coagulate when they cool down (see pic). I did have to wait-a-bit for my sandwich to be made, but they had just opened and maybe were not fully prepped yet.
