You can choose from alligator sausage, kangaroo, bison, elk, camel and yak burgers and they even have wild boar tacos. The yak burger stood up to their claim that it is the best meat they offer. Never have I had such a flavorful burger. Who knew yak would be so delicious. The owner was not only the host but also the server and worked hard to make the experience memorable. It's always a pleasure to see an owner who cares enough to work the trenches to assure his diners leave happy and satisfied. Finally came here over the weekend after exercising (to justify the calories) and got the 3 piece fried chicken with 2 sides and corn bread. I was thinking 3 pieces would be too much for me, but the chicken pieces were quite small. The meat was so juicy and delicious and I ended up eating everything. For my sides I got the collard greens and the okra stew. The collard greens were good, but the okra stew was delicious. I definitely could have eaten a big bowl of just that. The least impressive part of the meal was the cornbread. There was really nothing special about it and I actually didn't eat all of it.“

Now I ordered the sweet chili cutlet and I was a little disappointed when I found out you can only get powder on the plain one but after trying the sweet chili cutlet I understood why it doesn’t need anything else it’s amazing by itself. If the wait is something you would like to avoid, you can order on their website ahead of time.They have three tables along the wall for you to eat your meal, which I should have done because I felt my wings weren’t as hot as they should be (I walked home which took about 8 minutes).I definitely recommend these wings with the same sauce I ordered.
