We stopped at the Contour Lounge for drinks and loved the cozy ambience, perfect for a snug retreat in Manhattan, nice and quiet with dim lighting. Manny made us the best Bobby Burns cocktails we’ve ever had, even though they were not on the menu. This was 4 days ago, and I’ve been trying to replicate his velvety version ever since to no avail. Thank you for the hospitality, Manny! Best bartender we had on our trip to New York.

Mediocre service with no heart and average food at top end prices. I am surprised the Ritz Carlton brand are willing to associate themselves with such blandness.Avoid as there are much better alternatives within 0.5km.

A classy, pleasant bar in the Ritz on Central Park, Contour Gastro Lounge And Bar is a great place to stop for a drink and enjoyable people-watching.There are various kinds of seating, so you can find whatever you like, from barstools to large couches. The service was slow, but this isn't the kind of place you come to when you're in a rush, so we didn't mind. The drinks are, of course, expensive, but that's a given in the Ritz and part of the whole experience. I recommend the espresso martini for an afternoon pick-me-up after walking at the park!

I wrote in the app when I reserved my table that I was celebrating my fiance's birthday. They performed a nice quiet intimate birthday serenade to my fiance and gave her a very delicious complimentary happy birthday cheesecake. The service was very attentive and elegant. That was for dinner and the food was awesome!!!

Posh and cool with great service. Brunch is very good. View on the vibrant NY life at central park. The lounge in this period with Xmas decoration is very cosy and charming. Go for it!

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights in a premium parade view room, so we can have the best view of our son and his band marching in the 2022 Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. The room was spacious, beautiful and we loved the window seats! The employees went above and beyond to ensure we had a fabulous time! The service is like no other and you feel very welcomed there. Highly recommend this hotel and really hope to experience it again some day.
