I have seen Dig Inn locations sprouting everywhere and had a chance to try this for the first time. As Yelp ratings indicate, I'm a fan! Hubby, kids and I arrived on a Sunday morning right when they opened at 11AM to get early lunch. They were still making the food so we had to wait a few minutes which gave me time to observe the place. It's a small-ish interior with a long, narrow area for seats. The people who work here are SO nice. I feel like a more confident person leaving this restaurant...which is pretty incredible for a fast-casual place. To me, the food is the same across all Dig Inns, but the service stands out as the best I've ever had.
Very clean and doesn't have crazy lines even during lunch hours, there is a nice sitting area, quality of food is consistent, i just wish they have my favorite apple salad 365 days a year!
