Ordered online and went for pickup. Turned out they didn't have the roll I ordered and offered me another one. It's not their fault anyway. The store looks clean and they were very friendly.

Dunkin Donuts has another newly renovated location at 1433 2nd Avenue. It's cozy with indoor seating that's limited. I was there early. The employee was very nice. It wasn't busy. If you're in the neighborhood check it out. It's clean and new because it just reopened in the past six months or so according to the employee I spoke with. I'm recommending. The reviews posted appear old! Very Strange. Maybe the employee misunderstood me. Or I misunderstood!

I work right down the block and come here often. They need to improve on customer service skills. I always order on the mobile app and it's always a long wait. Yesterday the latte machine was broken so the manager said come tomorrow and I'll make you one- so I went in and today and even though the cashier and manager weren't speaking English I watched the cashier tell the manager and he shakes his head no. I get they see a lot of people everyday, but that's trash customer service....read full review
