This place has gone DOWNHILL. Just tried to go in and theres a man literally smoking a cigarette inside of the building manning the door. Manager did absolutely nothing!!! Also one time I went the manager (male) was literally screaming and berating a worker (female) right in front of me and another customer. It was so bad the other customer (male) had to tell the manager to stop. Vile and disgusting . Will not be returning to this location

These guys at Dunkin Donuts did not listen to my order instead they gave me something else. There is a listening problem and a language barrier. The whole time they are yelling back and forth in their language and I have no idea what they are saying. I kept asking if the order was correct and what I exactly wanted he kept saying yes, then realized he was wrong. I knew it didn't seem right what he was charging me for. After the right drink was corrected the payment wasn't. Then he lied to me about that he didn't charge me for the full order when I checked my bank credit card on my phone app it went through! They're very shady. I had used an app coupon too, and after reversing the overpayment he recharged me and didn't add the coupon after I had asked him to. Then refused to put the money back on my card. Instead, because I argued it, that this guy won't take me for a fool! He then puts the difference which was less money on a pastry which, I didn't want in the first place because I can't eat that! I was still overcharged and just accepted it because we're in the middle of a pandemic and the Indian guy takes off his mask to talk to me in my face! No thank you, I just walked the hell out never again! Bad customer service!?

I came in to get a cake for my grandma I picked out a cake she would like ($40) I ordered a ice coffee ( $8)realizing I had her birthday coupon (Free) on my email I wanted to get the free 4oz if ice cream this motherfciker was big maddd that I was taking my time in ordering as I didn’t know wat flavor to get her he rush me to pay and I was like hold on u need to relax since the store closed at 10 and it’s like 7 o’clock NEVER EVERRR GO HERE they are rascit!!!! I don’t recommend at all that is not how you do customer service you don’t rush them to pay he should be FRIED!! I told him this is not how you talk to a value customer I walked outta there will never ever go there AGIAN!!!!! TRUST!!!

Terrible location. Staff has terrible attitudes. The staff don't listen and constantly mess up orders. They messed up both mine and the lady in front of mes order. when she asked to have it fixed the worker sighed, rolled his eyes, and went extremely slow. Also there was a dude straight smoking crack inside and they just did not care at all. 3/10 wouldn't recommend. Go somewhere else.

I went in for doughnuts and a coffee I repeated my order twice and he also did as well but still did my order wrong. Everytime I come to this specific spot they mess up the orders which is unacceptable. Other than that the doughnuts are fresh.Vegetarian options: Bagel bites, avocado toast, Almond & skim milk

Food is often old, stale, or overcooked. It cant be anymore obvious the staff here do not care at all about their service or job. They're so blantantly slow , lazy, and rude to customers that its shocking that they still work there. ( must have some wild connections) Corporate needs to clean house or shut this place down asap.

Used to be my go-to spot for a morning latte on the way to work. Not anymore. Order a latte and you’ll get 3/4 of what you’d normally expect, the rest is foam. So much foam. If I’m going to pay $7 for a latte, I want a full cup. Sad.
