Nice dunkin spot, as it's like the usual dunkin stores. It has a nice size area where you can stand and wait for your order while other stand on line. The people working here are nice and patient. I've visited a few times and service is pretty quick. If you have a mobile order, you need to go up to the area where it's mobile pick up and provide your name. What can I say about this Dunkin location?! The staff and servers are amazing and most importantly you’re greeted with a smile from Eva who always gets your order correct. Love it here and by far the flagship of the chain in Manhattan.

I had the pumpkin spice doughnut and small coffee, cream and sugar. They always get the ratio just the way I like it.The attendant did an exceptional job keeping the place tidy and clean. He may have been the manager. I'm not sure. I wish I had gotten his name. I enjoyed the Astoria seen.
