Ordered the chicken quesadilla via Mealpal not really expecting much. Wow, one of the best quesadillas I've ever had! Amazing flavors. Definitely coming back to try other things.

This is a hidden gem! We catered a birthday party and the food was excellent. Home made Spanish traditional food with great paellas. 30/30 people loved it!!

I saw a picture of the arepas on the front and I knew that I had to try one. I ordered, and it took a decent amount of time for the food to come out. The arepa was pretty soggy and not huge for how much I paid. There was a decent amount of meat, but overall disappointing experience.

The arepa was good but the basic chicken doesn't come with much for $10. They gave a hot sauce after asking, but it wasn't hot and it wasn't very flavorful. I gave the staff lots of kudos for being cheerful and welcoming to my questions. I might suggest to add cheese for $1 so it would be a little more moist. The pulled chicken itself was a little dry. I would come back and try the paella since that seems to be their specialty. Very convenient location in the Columbus Circle passageway which is like a little market of delicious vendors.

The owners were great and very friendly! Food was thoughtfully made. Definitely recommend ?

Frozen tortilla de patata (unheard of in Spain). It was hot on the top and still frozen in the middle. The paella lacked flavor and honestly made me even more homesick missing fresh tortillas and paella that you can get even at a chiringuito (small bar on a beach).

I had the Spinach/Ricotta empanada and my wife had the Seafood Paella. We were both greatly disappointed in the food- neither of us finished even half our meal.

I guess it was ok for the price but not as good as I expected. I got the lunch special which included a salad. There was some lettuce with dressing and croutons on one side of the dish and rice with peppers and pieces of chicken on the other side The 'paella' was just okay and I could've done without the salad. There is limited stool/counter seating in front of and near the restaurant, but don't expect any kind of pleasing atmosphere.

Nothing like the reviews raved about. The portion was tiny. Too much salt to mask the lack of flavor. The stall looked clean though and the staff were very pleasant and polite.

Francesca and the entire warm staff at EZ Paella treat you very well. The paella is flavorful and I believe I saw threads of saffron, which is rare in Spain, let alone New York City. The combination of spices and ingredients is seamless and transparent as collective flavors are presented masterfully but without gastronomic haughtiness. Further, the texture is also notable and nothing is oily even though I tasted a very fine virgin olive oil that was not bitter but rather fruitful and mellow. Be advised that a gratuity may be included depending on what programs you made reservations with. I do not mention this as a criticism but rather a heads up as everyone is aware of the challenges posed by inflation. Of course, I include hard-working restaurant workers as well.
Great authentic paella and tortilla, in an unexpected location. Inexpensive, unassuming, quick, friendly service. Multiple visits are indicated, as there are many more menu items to try.Vegetarian options: Tortilla without meat and vegetarian paellas are offeredKid-friendliness: Empanada and other smaller bitesDietary restrictions: They offer to accommodate allergies

Generous portions of rice and meat. Flavor and ingredient variety can be improved

Visiting NYC with a friend from Oklahoma! We decided to try and get in one last sea food food adventure before heading home but the place was closed. We just happened upon EZ Paella and it was easily the best find on our trip! Everything we ordered was amazingly fresh and prepared right in front of us (we sat at the bar). The owners Lorena and Alex are so much fun and a joy to speak with! Thanks to everyone there that made our final food experience the best! Cant wait to visit again!

I like to recommend to everybody . I went there with a group of friends and my husband. Everyone loved the food This cozy restaurant has left the very best impressions! Hospitable hosts, scrumptious dishes, lovely presentation, servers are efficient , additionally nice and the entire time environment friendly, blissful and well mannered. Completely the very best meal we had whereas in New York. Everything we ordered was fresh and delicious. We found the paella & tapas and dessert to be excellent both in taste and presentation. We visited the place twice in our four day stay in NY . Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to advocate to anybody searching for someplace to eat in New York, this cozy & delicious place. We were at the Hell’s Kitchen location.
